Returns & Refunds
Thank you for purchasing from www.shop4littlehorrors.co.uk
All our items are in an immaculate, nearly new condition and are photographed prior to dispatch for confirmation of quality and accurate description.
If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, please do get in touch within 14 days and we will be happy to help.
We want all of our customers to be happy, so please do tell us if anything is wrong with your order by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org Be sure to include your order number on the email and explain your issue. Please do not attempt to return items until you have contacted us first and we have responded.
Refunds are issued at our discretion and will only be offered once your items have been returned to us in the same condition they were dispatched with all original tags.
Any costs for sending items back to us will need to be paid by you and you must obtain a Proof of Postage receipt from the Post Office. We cannot be held responsible for items that do not arrive with us. Delivery charges will not be refunded.
